Ms. Horleman has nearly a decade of experience working in renewable energy and carbon markets supporting strategic climate action via multiple global compliance and voluntary markets. Erin was most recently Director of New Product Development at 3Degrees where she devised creative new approaches to structuring carbon and renewable energy products for corporate clients. Prior to joining 3Degrees, Erin was at South Pole for a number of years where she was integral to establishing the U.S. business and managed a global portfolio of carbon and renewable energy projects.

Ms. Horleman earned her Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management from the New School in New York City. Erin also holds dual undergraduate bachelor’s degrees from Bucknell University, and currently resides in New York City.
