Your Everyday Carbon Footprint
Last week, we announced the launch of our website marketplace. We are excited to be able to offer individuals and small businesses the opportunity to purchase carbon credits from the high-integrity climate action projects in our portfolio.
If the world is going to reach net-zero, it is essential that all of us acknowledge the impact that our everyday activities contribute to global emissions. By purchasing carbon credits through the marketplace, individuals and businesses can compensate for their carbon footprint and support initiatives that contribute to sustainable development. Each tonne purchased on the marketplace represents one carbon credit equivalent that will be retired to support the project.
The graphic below explores how the choices we make and the products we use have a profound impact on our carbon footprint.
