Mr. Das is a finance professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, controllership, tax, and audit functions. Shane most recently served as the Director of Finance at NeuPath Health Inc., a publicly traded integrated healthcare provider, and prior to that served as the Corporate Controller at New Gold Inc., an intermediate gold mining company listed on both the TSX and the NYSE American. Prior to joining New Gold, Shane served over three years at Deloitte LLP in the audit and assurance practice, with a focus on publicly traded mining and resource companies.

Mr. Das holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA. Shane currently resides in St. Catharines, Ontario.
